Banded Straight Arm Lat Pull-down
Set-up:
Suspend a PVC pipe from a doubled band attached to the pull-up bar.
Stand 2ft back from where the band is attached.
Shoulder width grip.
Straight arms throughout.

Execution:
With soft knees and slightly flexed hips, pull bar down using lats.
When completing range of motion, bring hips to bar.
Return to start position.
