"bipartisan" just means tainted. The Republican party is not a party. However, this bill needs to be appreciated for what it is. The goal of the right is to fracture the left, and we need to reach goals by way of small increments and activism.

Don't forget to start saving money folks. Soon you'll be taxed based on your annual mileage, on top of the tax we already pay for each gallon of gas to run our cars, on top of the tax we pay for at the time of purchasing our vehicles, on top of the 'tax' we pay for registration of our vehicles to drive on the road.

This is a temporary reprieve. Now the cooks need to figure out a way to trim the spending and reduce inflation so that the economy can continue to thrive and living can be affordable even after most of that money has beem spent.
