I was a fan of his Aqua de Parma Iris Nobile so I wanted to delve into his niche fragrance line. I just bought a full bottle of Oud Extrait de Parfum, Grand Soir travel refill, and Petit Matin travel refill. All blind purchases, but I watched a lot of yt-vids before making the plunge. I am so happy with my purchases; will def buy full bottles of Grand Soir & Petit Matin. Beautiful, beautiful fragrances!

I just tried them all. Gentle Fluidity Gold is my favorite. It smells so yummy like a Middle Eastern dessert. I will be getting it. The Rose one is beautiful as well. Both Ouds are well done (the satin and the silk one). The regular Oud is very sharp to me. I really wanted to understand the hype around BR 540. I really dislike it. I tried to like it so hard but unfortunately it reminds me of iodine, gauze, bandages, latex gloves, dentists, some medicinal herbs. Reminds me of being sick as a kid and going to a local clinic. It’s very unpleasant and stayed on me forever unfortunately. My friend who sprayed it with me was really turned off as well. Everyone is different I suppose.

I just purchased this, so thank you for a great review. I wanted B540 but also didn't want to invest in a whole bottle just because it's having a moment so I went with this to sample other scents in the brand. While I like and appreciated 540, I've come to realize it's not my favorite so it was a smart move to purchase this. I'm loving Oud and Ala Rose a lot.

oh wow, I agreed with so much of what you said from the line-up. I prefer satin mood too over silk mood and I do think the one with the violet is too powdery for my liking . And I'm a baccarat girl too ( i even have the body oil, but it's not worth the price lol i just didn't want to use my perfume when going to bed ) great review hun---
