When you clicked your new icon shortcut, it went directly to your app. Most other videos I've seen first show us that when you choose the new icon shortcut, it will first open Shortcuts, then go to your app. Yours didn't seem to do this. Is there a way to prevent going to Shortcuts first? Please advise as going to the Shortcuts first is annoying. Thanks!!!

How do you change a photo of an app shortcut once it is created and on the desktop? You created the Notion app with the shortcut, and then if you decided you didn't like the photo you chose, how do you change it without having to re-create a whole new shortcut? I haven't been able to figure it out. Thank you Kayla.

problem is there is lag everytime when u click those custome icon and end up going back to factory setting
