Than you Clint! Can anyone reply step wise how to process if seller has not paid past 2 years mortgage and buyer wants to pay their all dues to keep same old interest rate and own this property under LLC where LLC is new and sellers in title are 5 same family members, bank is about to foreclose so its pre-forclosure?
