How to Eat in Seattle

We visit a lot of restaurants in Seattle and we cook at home a lot, too--which is where we enjoy cooking up variations of whatever dishes and flavors we find out and about on the town. Seattle is a great city to discover new foods , and we're not wasting the opportunity.
We have a lot of favorite restaurants in Seattle, and here are three of them:
Issian Japanese Stone Grill --1618 N 45th St, Seattle, WA 98103 (Wallingford)
Morsel (great biscuits!) --4754 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105 (University District)
Adey Abeba Ethiopian Restaurant --2123 E Union St, Seattle, WA 98122 (Central District)

More stuff:

This video was shot with a Sony CyberShot DSC-WX50 and a Samsung Galaxy II android phone and edited in Sony Vegas Movie Studio.

Why do I always get hungry when I watch a video from under the rocks? It's just unfair as Seattle seems to be a city with a lot of cuisine. My little countryside town doesn't have any culinary restaurants or shops even for that matter. So making our own is the way to go. Luckily you guys provide us with a lot of inspiration. And cooking can be really fun. Especially when one becomes slightly better at it over time.

Thanks for sharing.

Now that's food! Good video. Thanks.
I lived in the Bay Area (CA) with this video bringing back memories of some great food searches in the city.

Those biscuits remind me of the ones you made that were out of this world! I try and avoid wheat flour but man those are totally worth the cheat. That Seattle food reminds me of the same sort of zany food we have in the Portland area. Lots of Asian influence on the west coast.

they are fiddly to eat. but not as bad as pomogranate seeds. I use the jars of pulp for tararindo. Mexican aqua fresco variety.

I eat tamarind pods but buy the liquidy tamarind concetrate for cooking. Tamarind is lovely snacking. Sweet and tangy, all at once :) with huge pods to suck the delectable pulp off lol yum!
