I saw some guys on the Harley forum figured out that the commander 3 front tires are actually out of round and have the mold halves not true to each other. Seems the issues are mostly limited to the touring front sizes. But overall Michelin’s quality seems to have taken a dump with COVID.

And personally I was really unimpressed with the commander ii’s. They’re made for a guy who strictly rides long distance on the interstate. Too hard for me, all they did was spin and slide. Wore a rear out in 4500mi.

I’ve been running the Pirelli night dragons and night dragon GT rear and love them for grip and mileage. Had 4k miles on my rear with lots of tread left and got a flat that happened to be two holes I plugged to get home. And I couldn’t get a new night dragon GT rear so I ordered a set of cruisetecs for my street bob. So we’ll see how they stack up there!

I also was totally impressed with the Cruistecs! They dramatically improved the stability, performance and grip, wet grip was astounding relatively! I have 7, 000 miles on mine and can't recommend them highly enough!

Camera placement is perfect good video. Audio leaves a bit to be desired but overall good job 👍🏼

I have Metzeler 888 on my '06 Ultra Classic. The rear has got 8, 565 miles on it and is already cupping on the sides. I keep 38-40psi in it. I got them because 1) Dunlop didn't have wide white walls at the time and 2) I read reviews that some are getting from 15-20, 000 miles on them. I'm definitely not seeing that with mine. I need to get a new set but now not sure what to get. Can someone help a fella put with some advice 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🧑‍🎓
