It's only in America that folks complain about other cultures wearing a foreign outfit. In the rest of the world, people would actually cheer to see others wear their clothings

I was wondering why this even an issue, but i just remember that a youtube video asking random people if wearing Mexico traditional cloth consider as racist, which a lot of them answer yes.

Old racist cartoon has been racist by portraying certain feature like physical appearance, cultural decoration/clothes, etc.. So i guess it kinda seep into their mindset
