Hi, Greetings from Portugal. In Portugal we had a Fascist Dictatorship until 1974, when a military coup supported by the People was necessary for us to live in democracy. Unfortunately, many Americans don't know what it's like to live in a dictatorship, if they did, they wouldn't want Trump to have even a small chance of becoming President! We are truly amazed that the race is still close... and it only takes ONE DAY to put a dictator in power... and DECADES for the people to free themselves from a dictatorial regime (it took us 41 years!).

David, I disagree with you drawing a distinction between fascism and “wannabe fascism”. There is no difference. Mussolini did not become fascist only when he forced the king of Italy to hand him the reins of government in 1922. The N*zis did not become fascist only once they gained the chancellery in 1933. You do not need to be _in_ power to be a fascist, you just need the ambition to do fascist things.
