I want to check my interpretation here.

Sounds like the main advice is that teaching in china is so good that you should just dive in and try it out?

Really useful video! Is it possible to work in a school and then part time in a training center in the evenings or on weekends?

Shash- Can she secure a proper working visa (Z) for a foreign national? The answer is probably no, if a foreigner secures a Z visa at a university, part time jobs at places like Rose's can be fruitful. But there are lots of horror stories about people moving to China on a tourist visa with a manager promising she will secure you a working visa. Rose seems nice and she was candid about some of the legalities involved in working at her center. However, I would not trust her to secure all the necessary paperwork for a foreigner.
What Rose says about the fall of giant training centers is accurate and I have heard smaller training centers and home teaching have taken the big players' spots.

BEWARE!!!

EXTREMELY UNSTABLE industry (full time or even part time teaching positions at English training centers in China) for native English speakers.

Her English is really good. I thought she was American at first! Very natural.

Re: what she says about white people... I guess a good idea for a white guy to put a photo on CV? (sounds brutal but... haha)
