You could throw in Iowa/Nebraska as well if you need a third state, and you can call it “can you rebuild a team using only the plains states”

I think you should take transfers from anywhere and just recruit from the state you're doing. I for one wouldn't see it as cheating.

Kansas with Missouri makes a lot of sense. Other than Wichita, the majority of the population in nearish to the Missouri border.

After all of the states are done, you should compile the worst states for talent and put them in a random wheelspin generator and match them up 3-4 states per video with some of the worst states. Would be pretty interesting

Im actually a Mississippi State fan, but I remember watching some Brett Farve highlights from Southern Miss, we have a lot of legends from Mississippi, Jerry Rice, Steve McNair, and some possible future legends like hopefully Will Rodgers, who is still way better than Matt Corral, go Dawgs
