electric cars never happened because no one saw a viable need for one until there was the start of an energy crisis. This is why breakthrough innovations in sciences have been done by remarkable individuals who see past contemporary desires and resources already available to them. Not everyone thinks as one towards the betterment of humanity. Electric cars back then was a hard dream to realize because, to put it simply, a petrol boom which was seen as a revolutionary resource and the future.

@motorsportstuning I know combustion engines are going to go at some point. I'm just saying those who have made electric cars tend to do it wrong. BMW, being one of the more better-made cars, will most likely bring the desire for more electric cars to the market. Although, some people ALSO don't know that if a country were to start making synthetic gasoline for automobiles, not only would they be cleaner emissions-wise because it's COMBINING electrons with gas, they will have higher octane rates
