I am so happy to see a video on this! I am allergic to birch trees, Timothy grass and ragweed. I have OAS and am allergic to almost all veggies and pretty much all fruits. I've had this for 20 years. Every year I add or remove items on my allergy list. Its a tricky thing to live with.

I used to eat apples and bananas and kiwis and all that and now if I eat any of those my mouth becomes mad itchy and i get bumps in my throat... never had those 😭

I've had it since 1999. It sucks. With the exception of two fruits, I pretty much avoid fruit. For me it was not just itching. I had violent vomiting episodes. My abs would be sore for a couple of days after. It's a very UNPLEASANT experience.

F*ck this allergy, I ate pickles today and I’ve been eating it and now I also have a severe reactions to it. Curled up in a ball in my bed and suffering to stomach cramps and throwing up.

Just wanted to mention if you have a latex allergy be cautious eating tapioca and cassava to include boba tea pearls.

Can OAS be caused by specific pollens in a specific area? I have no issues with any foods I eat, including fresh or dried fruit. However, whenever I travel from the valley in the Phoenix area to Payson, Arizona after 24 hrs there my lips swell, become itchy and tingly and this time my tongue feels swollen and tingly. Very weird!

This is not serious? Sir, I used to eat everything, now I can only eat a few tropical fruits. Add that to my eating disorder, this is serious.
