chocolate town - the town historically produced chocolate

iron factory- there used to be an iron factory there, it helps people know where the hotel is, based on an easily recognizable part of town, the iron factory was probably the biggest employer at one point in time.

Maggie's finger - the famous restaurant owned by maggie, a lady that lost a finger working in the iron factory, and with the money she was paid from that, she was able to open up her own restaurant.
i dont see where the confusion comes from.
