according to section 146 of ppc whenever force is use by the unlawful assembly or any member of an unlawful assembly in furtherence of common object shall every person guilty of the offence of Rioting
And every person who is guilty of Rioting shall be punished with imprisoment of either discription for a term which may extend to two year or shall also be liable to fine
