No matter how advanced it gets, this is always going to be the pinnacle of ai for me. I mean think about it. From this point on, we never have to live in a world without Freddie’s voice (and so many others.) Sure it’s not the same as when he was alive, but as we just saw, it can produce an awe inspiring, emotional performance. It’s like we’ve preserved his voice, and we have it to do with as we please. This is an incredible gift. We can hear him sing new songs for centuries to come and I think that’s beautiful.

For some reason I keep coming back to this. Seth´s face says it all to me. This was haunting.

For the shortest while, the raging fire that was Freddie Mercury, now cold embers, sparked.
Just ever so slightly, barely visible and we know and feel that this is more like a mural of Freddie singing, but it reminded Seth and a lot of us what was lost, never to return.

I think it should be noted that this version was originally sang by Robyn Adele Anderson, and that her vocals were the baseline for the AI cover. It is truly an amazing rendition of Toxicity, and that she deserves credit and recognition.

It would have been great to release more songs like this, but sadly the big music labels are fighting hard against this. 😞

The emotional reaction was palpable. This was the first time i heard this AI cover and had an equally emotional reaction. My god, I wish Freddie was still here, that incredible voice. We lost out big time when he died. Can you imagine the absolute masterpieces that would have been made had he lived until the present day with the technological innovations that have been made in recording studios/sound production since his passing.
