Not wasting the roll! I kicked that. It’s also cool to have the first of the roll shots like this.
I see people loading new film and just waste shots until the film counter goes to 1

I love the idea of a new half frame camera, but I can’t help but wish I could control the shutter speed and aperture. The Olympus Pen F is a great example, multiple shutter speeds, a genuine slr viewing system and removable lenses. But they are very expensive and quite old.

Just got this camera, it’s my first film camera. I have done a couple test shots, but the frame counter still shows an S and a 1 above. I’m not sure why.

Do you have to twist that thing everytime for shooting ? I mean the one makes noise and has an arrow sign on top of it. Because I have the same camera and I am not able to shoot if I wont twist that thing. but I see no one else repeatedly does this ? could you help me to find out what is the problem ?
