Hadeeth interpretation is a complicated and deep science and we should be careful in not interpreting it according to our desires but in fact rely on scholars who are able to reach proper interpretations in regards to Hadeeth.

My shaikh who studied for 7 years at Madinah University and continued studying for 20 years afterwards watched this video and made this comment.

The hadith represent sayings of the Prophet to a person or people. When a person heard it, he was expected to act on it immediately. So should we. Until we know anything contradictory, we act on what we know and advise (not order) others.

Likewise the Prophet said to pass his words to others. So if another heard it, he is expected to act on it. People never took a flight to a scholar about every hadith they heard, rather they acted on it!!! It's only when you become aware of a seemingly contradictory one, you ask. Or if it seems deeper than meets the eye, you ask. And if we are not scholars we don't come up with verdict obliging others to follow it. But we do follow it ourselves right away unless it seems against some other verse or hadith.

What is complicated or scientific about the hadith?😛 If mohammed advises us to lick our fingers after eating or have our fingers licked what is scientific about it?

As Islam came to make ease for people, how is this possible?.Our prophet's words must be easy for everyone to understand. So how can a normal person learn sunnah? Also sunnah or hadees is an essential factor for defining Quran. Don't know why this lecture is creating complication..
