Btw Sydney as a certified dermatologist It is generally considered safe for use in a concentration of less than 1% of phenoxyethanol as it helps the Products last longer. When you see preservatives like phenoxyethanol on your product labels, you know they will last longer as it helps the shelf life expend so it’s not that bad to have it in a product as if it less than 1% of it
