This while thing is easy to avoid get the regular 9-5 and stop treating Spark like it's not a side gig. That's why the protest failed. I work for Walmart OPD and I'm here to tell you we are rolling out our own white van delivery. So won't matter anyways.

I have seen some of the Walmart sparks drivers with temp tags that have been expired for 3 or more months. but the associate still gives them the order. also seems like the people that bring orders out to the car in pickup. will sit and talk to a lot of the drivers so is it inside help getting the orders. a lot of time I have the associate say please accept the order so i don't have to get your code. Walmart needs to make sure the policies they put in to affect are being followed. it gets very frustrating when stuff like this happens. i basically use sparks as a filler app. as well as any money i make with sparks i leave in the account and going to use that for taxes at the end of the year. i see groups of people with several phones and they just pass them around and drive off with orders. they need to go to id checks for every person on every order. but i dont see anything really happening like that until, i hate to say it but until a person or worse yet customer get hurt or injuried.
Because customers do not know the person delivering their order and assume it is a walmart sparks driver. Sorry for the venting.

I quit spark. That's a thing of the past. Spark has changed. For the last 2 months I've only been offered underpaid orders, consecutively. And they used a glitch in the system to take me acceptance rate all the way down to zero and they keep me down there by only offering me bundle orders. And everytime I try to bring my acceptance rate back up, they use a glitch in the system to knock it back down. And it is impossible to get it back up since they only offer me bundles now and they use to glitch to push it down also. They're not stealing anymore free labor from me. Walmart is obviously run by a bunch of felons. They steal millions in free labor from us but if we steal from them, they will have us assaulted and arrested and judged by their henchmen. Checking everybody's underwear for stolen items at the door and stuff. Sooner or later all that stealing will catch up with them.

I can show you six cancellations in one day. For several days. The store sucks the driver care sucks. They can’t get there sh1t together. It’s garbage because it’s so unreliable. Hell I got to 100% acceptance and it never got any better. So frustrating.

Same thing happening in tooele, utah .spark has been a roller coaster anyways since it first rolled out That’s why I don’t rely solely on one app I run Uber, spark an doordash but yes about 40 foreigners showed up about 2 months ago they run this whole operation where they team up have multiple phones and the girls go an shop and then hand the orders off to drivers an return to the store to shop again, I heard they use stolen accounts but yes now 40 of us sit out in the hot zone some days for hours while these new people go non stop it’s so ridiculous, we have brought photos of it to management nobody seems to be able to do anything about it

The Walmart here in Missouri was checking IDs and stop checking and the problem started again and making 1300 hundred a week too 400 to 500 hundred a week the Immigrants are making the big money now they get 10 orders compared to your 1 order its been pretty bad since the Immigrants been here sad to say but true.
