World Bank warns of rising stagflation risk amid slowdown in growth

The World Bank's latest "Global Economic Prospects" report projects stagflation will coincide with a slowdown in global growth. CBS News' Tanya Rivero and Elaine Quijano sit down with Franziska Ohnsorge, the manager of the development prospects group for the World Bank, to break down the report and its troubling forecast of the global economy.
