Digital Scale Calibration

Why does my scale show a weight that is 4 or 5 pounds heavier when I first step on, and then finally registers my correct weight when I try a few more times?

On some scales you can activate it, place a lighter object on it and wait until the numbers blink, take the object away and it'll display C (Calibration) on the display.

These scales are so terrible. They never give a consistent weight. My weight seems to fluctuate so much anytime I get on this kind of scales. I can't be gaining and losing and gaining that rapidly.

Somehow I gained one pound in a day. I tried to recalibrate it, but it's still saying I gained a pound even on a diet?

Thank you so much almost binned my scales which I bought from another brand . I needed to take the battery out and put it back in as well.

Why isn't the scale able to be manually calibrated to, say, your doctor's scale or the one you weigh in on every week at weight watchers meetings?

Its been 1 month after the quarantine started and my weighing scale is broken, it says i gained 7 kilos.

I had this bright idea:

Besides my weight scale . . . Conair Weight Watchers 380 lb

I have a mailing scale . . . MyWeigh Ultraship 35 lb . . . this should definitely be an accurate scale

A 10 lb cow bell did not register on the 380 lb scale, so I got a bucket, and increased the weight by putting other things in it . . . Results:

MyWeigh Ultraship 35 lb . . . 29.7

WW Scale reading #1 . . . 30.3 . . . 0.6 higher
WW Scale reading #2 . . . 29.9 . . . 0.2 higher

So, the WW scale is fairly accurate, and it's 16 years old (04/23)

my ozeri scale says that I weigh 0.0 when I get on and when I get off it says that I weigh 372 pounds even though I only weigh like 110 pounds can someone please help

I put some furniture height adjustment s under my scale since I can't weigh in my bath but now it won't give a reading? Will it not weigh if not firmly on the ground?
