Nice video sir, just adding my two cents.

Tableau, PowerBI would be marked as Visualization tool for OLAP, where-as SnowFlake DB, BigQuery or RedShift would be marked as OLAP DB servers.

Also PowerBI and such viz. tools can also be used on OLTP by fetching the data from required data source in our case SQL server or MySQL via connectors for live data transaction.

We use Apache Superset to monitor live sales and same Superset to do beat performance analysis.
