Social Security changes coming in March

There are 53 Million seniors on SS. That is a number large enough to end Republican control of the House and the Senate at mid-term.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to close 47 offices nationwide, with 26 closures confirmed for this year. These cuts are part of the Department of Government Efficiency's (DOGE) initiative to reduce federal expenditures. Additionally, the SSA is expected to reduce its workforce by 7, 000 employees, exacerbating service delays and limiting access for beneficiaries

It's a bit hard for me to care about the social security department when I come from a generation that's been told for almost 30 years across multiple presidencies and congresses that social security won't be around when I retire so plan accordingly.
