Yes it is. When I was playing Roblox, the people's avatar(including mine) changed into the Noob and I thought it was just a bug, till I sent a text in the chat and it got filtered.

this also happened to me and my brother so yes roblox shut down and plus my brother is worried because he does not know his password and hes thinking he cant log back in because it shows the log in and sigh in thing
