Monique is the problem. Everyone wants to blame Oprah/Tyler Perry/Lee Daniels/Steve Harvey and others based on what she says. There are two sides to a story and I feel there is a lot more to the story that what she is saying. I personally don't believe most of what she is saying now. She is proving herself by her behavior she is difficult to work with. I wouldn't hire her, you can see what she does when she doesn't get her way. My major problem with her is she seems to ONLY have problems with black people. When Roseann called a black woman monkey she took up for Roseann. I personally will never watch anything Monique has been in from past shows or any future shows. She needs to be cancelled.

He said both his daughter and the other person were He said he told her when she came to him YEARS later that that’s what kids do and that he unfortunately can never get that back

I agree. Everyone isn't wrong. Monique is brainwashed or whooped by her husband and reason, responsibility, kindness, and a heart are all missing components of Monique and sadly she doesn't even realize it
