I've made many, MANY denim skirts from jeans. This method is not going to be very flattering if you have curves. Legs of jeans don't shape to your body. It's better to use the original "seat" of the jeans and add fabric to the seamripped legs. Notice, the person didn't try it on... probably because you need to be a size 2 or smaller and it looks adorable when it's not worn. Just wear it, you will need a girdle. 😂 The idea is cute tho!

It's a great idea, but very small. I guess, just add side panels with another pair of jeans to make it in larger sizes.
