I remember that I had watched this video in 2018 when it was first uploaded on this channel ! At that time I had started preparing for govt. Job and today I m watching it again after being a government employee. I think every job has its own characteristics. In private sector there are possibilities that you can earn huge amount of money after working very hard whereas In govt . Job your salary is fix, only a little hike will be given every year but you have job security and comfortability so you can be certain about your future and live a decent life.

I am a government official. I never faced the problem of infrastructure plus I work more than MNC and my salary is though less than private types. Yes chacha politics is huge. However I am really happy with my job plus the promotion is systemic. Yes I worked really hard for getting the job.
