Nishit Asnani and Ben Sternsmith presented at the AI Revenue Summit 2023, conversing four "FAD's" pertaining to AI. They start off talking about how AI is not a FAD. It is a reality that we use every day through phone calls, emails, follow-ups. If you are not using ChatGPT for questions in your business, you are not doing your job. They then discuss that some in society fear AI it is going to replace them or take away other job opportunities. Ben and Nishit's stance; AI can only replace part of a job, specifically pertaining to busy work. They then bring up how AI is not at the point of making decisions FOR us, but it speeds up the decision-making process. When customer training is absent, it serves as an indicator of successful AI implementation.
