The Uzi was my second weapon in the army for several years and I love it. A super weapon! The only disadvantage is that it always needs to be well maintained. The safety catches are quickly sucked off and then a shot comes off the safety if it falls to the ground or is put down a little roughly. With tough, merciless weapons training, the accident rate among soldiers can be reduced to practically zero. The Bundeswehr also had special magazines with an intermediate rest. The magazine was in the magazine well, but only half in. Before firing, you simply pushed the magazine all the way in and off you went.

Ask Chuck Norris about UZI’s. He used them in almost all of his action films. The Micro Uzi was used big time in Invasion USA. He had dual guns on under the shoulder rigs. The Uzi was Hollywoods go to gun in the 70’s and 80’s.
