Delhi High Court Pauses Bail Order, Big Setback For CM Arvind Kejriwal | Excise Policy | Breaking

Big setback for CM Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi High Court puts bail on hold. The news comes a day after a trial court granted him relief in the excise policy case. The vacation bench of Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja effectively paused the trial court proceedings. The Delhi HC stayed the hearing, with no proceedings to commence before the trial court until the HC hears the case. ASG SV Raju told the Delhi HC that the ED wasn't given a fair chance to present its case.

Well done Delhi HC, there should be an Investigation on that Lady Hudge of Rouse Avenue Court on her Order of Bail to Kejriwal. She would have being funded by Khalistani group.
