How can Trump be surprised?  He filled his cabinet with a bunch of billionaires that are used to travelling like this.  They default to the most expensive of everything, not like us common folk who shop for bargains for everything we do.  Also, isn't it kind of hypocritical of Trump to be upset when he travels to Mar A Lago weekly and has spent millions in travel?  Do as I say, not as I do.
