The reason this skin tier is arguably higher than collector is because it has an exclusive recall effect (which isn't shown in the video sadly) and also the skill icons are different while collectors use the same base icons.
And the reason it's not a legend tier is because it doesn't give achievements or exclusive avatar border/action/trail effects. Hope that helps

Zenith named probably because the concept of the skin is related to fairy tail, simply fantasy novel or anime concept. There are quite a few novels like, the childhood friend of zenith, etc.

I got the zenith skin in 32 draws, all of it is free tokens. Didn't spend a dime (for people asking how I got the tokens), you can get it when you recharge dias, I recharged about 2k diamonds for Aspirants event.
