You should consider internet speed test using the new antennas and old one's and find out did the cell reception actually increased or not. The 300mbps gain you are looking at is the connection speed between the wifi router and computer but the cell reception still varies.
Test your internet speed at Fast.com or speedtest.net and do post the results. Thanks in advance

its not about speed but dbi...u should test with dbi meter...
