Free agent quarterback Derek Carr will meet with the Carolina Panthers in Indianapolis as the NFL combine gets started this week, a league source confirmed to WCNC Charlotte's Nick Carboni.

Carr has already met with the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport. Now, Carr will visit with Panthers officials about the possibility of joining the team in 2023.

Head coach Frank Reich said last week he wasn't sure if the team would bring Carr in for a meeting. Carolina enters the offseason with only one quarterback under contract: second-year QB Matt Corral. Both Sam Darnold and P.J. Walker are free agents. But Corral didn't play at all as a rookie after suffering a foot injury in the preseason. #Panthers #NFL

D.C. and the Jets are the perfect storm in this situation the Jets need a good Q.B and D.C. needs a really good team and the jets are indeed that! I think they can take that division and go all the way if the can hold on to the players they make them as good as they are, tough to do I know but it can be done... Or he could go to the NFC South and most likely win the division but does he go to the S.B? never in a million years...

No
I dont want Carr - Trade up and get one of the top 3 QBs (Not Young)
Id just keep Darnold with Reich and McCown and develop the new QB and Corral
No need to pay 30 million for an INT machine
