You don't draw lines if you cannot ultimately enforce them. You draw a line, the person or entity ignores it, then what? Now what do you do? Draw new lines?(LOL) So when you draw lines, make sure to also have a plan for enforce the line, or else your line is completely useless. Because whoever you draw the lines against, do so knowing full well they are going to cross them, if for no other reason than to troll you. And in this case, you better be prepared for war, because that is what it will take to enforce a line drawn against Russia. So unless you are willing to go to war over your red lines, I suggest you just don't draw them.
