This encompasses the practice and qualifying expedition. I would definitely recommend doing the award if you're contemplating taking it! This video took so long to edit that I now have a new found appreciation for youtubers. I I had to cut down 3 days worth of footage, so the video's a bit long but hopefully it gives you a good idea of what my experience was like.
