3 1/2 cup flour, 490 mL water, 2 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp yeast - mix dry, mix in water, let rise 12-18 hrs (here I did 20) then fold over a couple times, let rise again 2 hrs, put into a pre-heated covered pot for 30 mins at 450F, then I uncover and cook 10 minutes more. - 17 note per octave guitar is the audio
