For your computer performance, you can check task manager while gaming/streaming to see what hardware may need to be replaced, too. It's normal for the GPU to be at or near max usage when playing games, but if anything else, like the CPU or RAM, is consistently showing 90%+ usage, then that's probably the hardware that needs an upgrade.
