Do I pay extra custom fees and tax once it reaches south africa. Or do I just pay the once off fee on your site with no other charges?

This a very rabbithole-ish world when you know nothing about custom fees and these kind of companies. Guys, imports are expensive. This is not like your mom sending you a used hat. Custom fees will be chaged.

-Custom fees of your country, YES OR YES. And especially those could be crazy. Be prepared.

Most of these companies seem to have many transparency issues, and some of them, as MyUS, are very very scammy (they lie about the weight, impossible to delete your account and your credit card, they don't return your package if you want, with absolutely no explanation and keep charging you for storage till the end of time, and things like that).
This one seems very legit and professional for what I have seen: no hidden fees and you can chat with them live, answering any question you have. And you won't see tons of wannabe "influencers" making videos super excited and only talking about how wonderful is, with the logo in the thumbnail, and all the comments extremely possitive, not a single negative one. That is why this company seems trustworthy. In their website you can see its employees, and pictures that clearly are NOT stock photos.

But keep in mind that imports are not cheap. I think this service is worth it if you really need/want something that can be found or bought ONLY in a specific country, the shop doesn't sell overseas, and you are willing to pay for it.
