Welcome back to Boneheaded Boaters of the Week! As usual we review some clips of some people doing some silly things on a boat mixed in with some people doing incredible things on boats.

Watching boat motors get fried doesn't bother me, watching that last boat take off from the dock scares the crap out of me, they have no clue whatsoever and expect a boat to behave like a car.

You can't imagine how much stress my sole feels seeing someone run such an expensive engine out of the water... Just remember these videos when you look at a used engine that "only" has 50 hours on it.

At 2:23 you can see a guy bail out the boat but then he just disappears in the current, sucks him under it looks like. Idk if they found that man

my fishing buddy and I were standing on a gravel bar in the middle of a local river fishing a hole along a rip-rap bank. the river was extremely low and hasn't for weeks. We hear a motor from a boat up behind us. Looking back, here comes this aluminum walk thru sled with three guys. I'm thinking the Dum ass driver thought he was going to be bright and fly between my buddy and me. He hits the gravel bar at full throttle, and the boat stops like it hit a brick wall. one guy flies over the windshield into the river. the other two slam into the console. the outboard with a pump on it, you hear sucking up rocks until it finally died. it took all three dum asses about 15 minutes to get the boat off the bar. they float past us in deeper water. I yell, "You were doing really good until hit that gravel bar, " laughing. The rocks peeled off aluminum slivers, laying on the rocks. dudes was pulling rocks out of the pump as they floated by.

My first chance to waterski was canceled by a shallow bar. Buddy’s dad took us out and another guy went first. He had just gotten up on his skis when the prop chewed off a rock bar… upon which he sank to his waist, holding onto the tow rope. My buddy’s dad was going ballistic (he was driving), and I was choking trying not to laugh…

We had to paddle back to the dock. 😂

If you can't even back your boat down the boat ramp, then you don't need to own a boat .

BEWARE!.LOL..i had driven a ski boat 18'-20' but my first real experience was meant to be a surprise vacation for me my wife got at lake of the ozarks...she rented a 56' houseboat for me and her had mom stepdad coming in two days.OMG trust me don't let a 56' houseboat be your first...lol..i consider myself of average intelligence and common sense but it was very hard.amazingly i never had no accidents hit docks and never got sideways to the bank.total ripoff. you can only tie up in state park which was 16 miles away and no restaurants wanted 56' boats docked at their place(they dont mention none of this until they get your signature and $4000) so you are just stuck on boat was not good vacation

The last boat was also in the launching segment, I am a person who believes in letting a person learn the hard way, but I would have called CG, DNR, or police followed at a safe distance with video proof that the people on the boat have no reason to be on the water . This is no different than driving reckless on the road

Whenever you do something, find a way to do it better next time. Trying to make something look easy to people don't know any better counts for nothing when it gets real.
