Well it may cost more than buying Greenland, but no one could ever convince me that the F-22 isn't the sexiest most well refined thing with wings to have ever existed. It's engine is probably the best powerplant to ever exist.

I recall reading somewhere that Lockeed Martin and Boeing and so on don't even want to change because as it works out better for them to be inefficiency and stall innovation until it's peak profit potential.

Sweet job. Those factory workers are just kicking back though. In every scene you see 3 guys standing around watching 1 guy slowly work or talk to someone else. It's a much more laid back work environment than working in a repair facility.

Space X is also plagued by constant design failures & an extremely toxic work culture full of abuse. Sometimes you need management to make things run smoothly.

I have spent time in the corporate world and time as a military officer. They are very similar in regard to their decision-making processes. Corporate structure itself is modeled after military structure as well.
