I fill the tank up with water and the cleaning liquid, screw the cap on tightly but when I go to flip it over it leaks everywhere.. is that normal?

This is not what my machine says. It says remove the yellow cap and the “bottle insert.” Idk even what that means. Why is this confusing??

I don’t think the machine heats the water either so make sure yall are heating your water before adding it to the machine

What temp of water to put in the tank? Also... that was WAY more than 2 oz of cleaning fluid. Obviously VERY carefully measured pouring directly from the bottle... 🙄
