1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
14 ounces sweetened condensed skim milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 shots espresso
1 cup milk
ice
whipped cream
pumpkin pie spice, for topping

this is great! but skip the part with the water and the sugar, just add all the spices and the pumpkin puree to the condensed milk, heat it up on low heat and it will be even more perfect 😍😍

Awesome video! Just a side note: try to have your drink ready for the espresso before brewing them. Shots "die" after 10-15 seconds when their texture and flavor change significantly. It's still ok to drink but it's so much better when you add them to milk right away!

I just made a latte with this sauce 😳 this is it. I did 2 shots of espresso, frothed some oat milk, added the sauce, whipped cream. I can't wait to try it iced. I've only ever had it hot
