DHS' Nielsen Tells Durbin She Doesn't Recall Trump Profanity

Jan.16 -- At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen faced questions from Democratic Senator Richard Durbin concerning President Trump's reported inflammatory remarks about immigrants from certain African countries.

She's telling the truth. Either the President didn't make that comment, or he did, but she genuinely didn't catch it. Have you ever been at a meeting with about half a dozen cross conversations going on? It's easy to miss what someone said, and by the same token, it's also easy to mishear what someone said.
