There are many ways to do hazing thats simple and safe. Having a guy cut his hair weird, have a guy carry bags for players or have him carry a kiddy bag all season is fine. But when hazing turns to physical abuse and mental abuse its shouldnt be tolerated. To me its just and excuse for idiots to cause harm on people for there sick enjoyment.

There’s 2 types of hazing. Dicking around and going too far. Giving them a dumb haircut, dicking around. Giving them a Lightning McQueen kids suitcase, dicking around. Death threats are too far

How come alot of these incidents involve homosexual behaviour disguised as hazing

Hazing happens at many levels and many communities. The military is one that I'm familiar with, though I managed to avoid difficulties because I grew up an Army brat.
I knew what was coming and prepared for it.
It strikes me as odd that with all of the pressure NFL players have on them and the financial rewards they're given they'd take part in such damaging activities.

05:35 I live in Atlanta and have heard several stories about Bill Fralic being a closeted gay man. My suspicion is that a lot of his cruel antics were a byproduct of playing in a time when he couldn't be openly gay, so he overcompensated by being a bully.

Hopefully Billy Butt Cheeks is living his best life in 2024, as gay as he wants to be. 🏳️‍🌈

That's why most teams aren't winning. Harassing each other and not coming together as a team.

A lot of players mentioned that all Jonathan Martin had to do was get in a fight with Richie Incognito.

You have to remember Richie Incognito was able to stay in the NFL for so long is because team saw him as a bully some is someone that would be the guy that you didn't want to go up against a guy who would push anyone around he would be the protector of the quarterback

What made the Jonathan Martin story so big was he was a top prospect. First or second round pick. If it’d been a late round or free agent nobody really knew about it wouldn’t be in the news.

Here's the funny part there's a lot of hazing going on sometimes coaches do it to players as a way of weeding out who wants to play for them and who doesn't. Sometimes coaches assigned players to do the weeding out

Bill Romanowski spoke when he was in training camp as a rookie Charles Haley was pretty much the bully on the 49ers everybody knows about Charles Haley and his Antics and now he was. Romanowski states that Haley tried to test him eventually they came to blows and fought it out with Romanowski coming out the victory he states that after he fought Haley he was never bothered again.

Romanowski one time said that he got pushed in a preseason game and it was on film and ronnie lot ripped into him and threatened to kick the s*** out of him. But Ronnie Lott gave him a lesson that in the NFL if you let anyone bully you or punk you you will be out of the NFL very soon.

A lot of former NFL players have said that a lot of coaches and players do hazing sometimes players to try to get them to bring out that violent side send everyone remembers that football is a game of pushing people around it's also a violent game. You have to not be afraid to be violent to go against violent people

In high school, it was the football players that were the most homophobic but they always did the most suspect stuff.

I always found Richie Incognito's name to be quite ironic. He's about as far removed from incognito as one can get.

This is normal because it’s normalised during/through their university/college experience.
