This song is from the sci fi movie "The fifth element" where Diva Pravalaguna sangs it. It was composed as as an alien song that humans won't be able to sing.

Dimash sang this song in his 2, 5 hours Bastau concert when he was already 1 hours 50 minutes in the concert and after he had sung an exhausting song while hanging in the air on two ropes. It’s crazy that he was able to sing the Diva Dance at that point.

It's a song from an '80s sci-fi movie "The Fifth Element" with Bruce Willis and Mila Jovovich. Made to be unsungable (is that even a word?) for a human being, as it is sung by a blue skinned Alien opera diva in the movie. The song was made as a variation to the famous mad scene from Donizetti’s “Lucia di Lammermoor”, but it only resembles it in the final version. Of course, it was originally sung by an opera singer Inva Mula, but then sampled and heavily mixed, with an intention to make it impossible for a human to sing.
And then came Dimash... LOL

I was obsessed with this song when I first heard it in the film. I searched for the females that had attempted it, after discovering and hearing dimash sing Opera 2, I wondered if he had ever tried to sing the song, and yes, he did. Better than anyone else. Which is not surprising as non of the females I watched can hit the low notes. But we all know our DEARest is not of this world!

It's also a fun movie with a strange understated dry humor.

Another great reaction to Dimash. Diva Dance is originally a song from the classic 1997 sci-fi thriller “The Fifth Element” starring Bruce Willis and Milla Jovovich. For the scene the song’s composer, Eric Serra designed the piece with the intent that it would be impossible for a human to perform the high-pitch staccato sections. He had Inva Mula-Tchako, an Albanian opera lyric soprano, sing the notes individually so that they could then be arranged digitally and recorded. In the movie, this song is “performed” by an alien, Diva Plavalaguna, played by Maïwenn Le Besco.

Chinese opera singer Zhang Jane sang her own rendition of the song, complete with a full orchestra, hitting every note almost perfectly without the help of a computer or digital editing. She even managed to sing some of the low notes. Dimash is the only male vocalist I know of who has performed the song exceptionally well, and in my humble opinion gave a superior performance. Although, I believe that he sings the song a semitone lower than the original.

Check out the version by the blue alien in the movie The Fifth Element. That great downward run Dimash did replaced a phrase in the movie that was vocal samples programed on a keyboard, with rapid extreme interval jumps. Thanks to Y.Tube, we can slow down the original from the movie clip and analyze it. Also see Dimash and Li Yugang "Drunken Concubine and Diva Dance".

кто приходит послушать Димаш, послушайте его исполнение песни Рассвет--- Песня «Рассвет» которую исполнял Димаш на китайском конкурсе I am Singer посвящена трагическому событию, которое произошло в горной провинции Гуйчжоу в 1999 году. Трагедия произошла на фуникулере. Родители смогли спасти своего 2, 5 годовалого ребёнка, вытолкнув его из кабинки, но сами погибли. Узнав об этой истории Хань усыновила ребёнка.
История была близка и самой Хань Хун, ведь она сама потеряла отца в 6 лет, её мама была певицей, и воспитанием Хань занималась бабушка.
В этой песне Хань отразила историю сироты, но так же в ней можно увидеть историю и самой певицы.
Подул мягкий осенний ветер.
Он напомнил мне их беспомощные глаза.
В той местности, где красивые пейзажи,
я услышала громкий звук, содрогнувший долину.
В тот осенний день я не видела папино лицо.

You will be more surprised after reading the Diva dance was composed for the film The fifth element and it was sung by a soprano and a computer in those notes the human voice can’t reach.
