At level 3, Teemo's restocks shrooms every 27 seconds. Maximum cooldown reduction is 40%, so 27*0.6=16.2. His shrooms last 10 minutes, which is 600 seconds. 600/16.2= ~37. So unless all 3 champions on your team are Teemos, 100 shrooms is impossible.

not the mana increase but the passive for gaining 3% as ap does.read descriptions. also, where did i say archangel doesn't stack?

Before some random update, Soraka could use her infuse spell (that gives mana) and give more time on shrooms lol.... so technically a long time ago it was possible to have massive amounts of shrooms if your soraka would put up with giving them more time every so often

Easy way: shrooms last 10 minutes. To put down 100 shrooms in 10 minutes are 10 shrooms per minute, which makes 1 shrooms every 6 seconds. With my usual build i get 1 shroom every 22 seconds. Even with max cd-reduction, 6secs is impossible.

even if you could get the cd on shroom collection down to 10 seconds... that's still only 6 shrooms a minute... with them lasting 10 minutes... the most you could possibly have... using a cd you cant get would be 60

the damaging effect doesn't stack. the way t works is this: it applies a poison effect that does damage over time, rather than instant damage. but the EFFECT doesn't stack, similir to trying to buy 2 archangels or other effect items. therefore, all the additional shroms do is refresh the effect, but since it is so quick it does virtually nothing.

Actually he could have done it a lot sooner....let's look at his inventory.... stinger = 10% cdr, book = 10% cdr, visage = 10% cdr, shroud = 15% cdr, MAX cdr in the game is 40%...if he's just got the shroud, forgotten ONE stinger and used that money to get a 25% cdr nashor's tooth...he'd have 40% cdr without a stinger or the visage, saving time and money. herpadiderp.
