I love that you include the explanations of why to do or not do particular things. I'd like to see you make a video showing how you separate the yolks out of the eggs. I know I can watch dozens of videos about that on YouTube, but after watching nearly all of your cooking school playlist, I'd trust YOU over those flashy ad-filled videos!
