Ainz is the best GW unit in the game, you just build him tanky with EFF and ER and let his S3 cook since the 12 turns in overall and not 1 unit itself so its easy to go by

12th turn is not a lot, 12th turn of anyone will trigger 50K damage on the target , it basically mean approx. 2 rounds.
